One of my favourite part of my tours are the descriptions and associations our guests make with the places we visit. But the new Ponsonby Central on Ponsonby Road has people stumped. One guest this week said “This is beyond cool” as we waiting for coffee at Toru and she looked around the big wide spaces and wandered straight into the shop opposite.

The main reason I love my business is meeting the wonderful people who make, produce or catch the produce we have in our incredible country. Last Friday I spent a couple of hours with Phil Armstrong from Whangaripo Buffalo Cheese on their land in the Whangaripo Valley, North of Auckland.
